Kensington Company’s 5 Steps to Success

1. Profile

We strive to be sure we have a good understanding of who you are, as well as what your specific goals are. Our first step is for us to talk together.(This may be either in person or by phone) Then next step is for you to fill out our Confidential Questionnaire. It's only a few pages, but it will give us much more insight and understanding into the kind of business that is likely to be the right fit for you.


2. Model
The net step in the process is that together we will review your questionnaire and arrange an appointment to talk,, either by phone or in person. This appointment generally takes between 1 - 2 hours.  We proceed by developing a blueprint or "model" of the ideal business for you. Later on in the selection process,  you will use this model to evaluate the businesses you decide you are interested in learning more about. This model is  specifically yours and unique to you. .We want to  make sure you feel it accurately represents you.. Only when you are satisfied that your model has been correctly developed, will we be ready to suggest business types that structurally and strategically meet the objectives of your model. Best of all, you will be able to compare each business you look at to your model which will allow you to have an accurate and objective means of comparison.


3. Match
After we have identified some business types that match well with  your model, we'll  be better prepared to suggest specific companies you may want to be introduced to.  The next step is to begin to learn more about the best fitting companies in greater detail. Over the years, we've screened hundreds of franchise opportunities and worked with thousands of people who were once in your shoes. (just like yourself-no one wants to think they are  so ordinary), We offer an extensive selection of franchise opportunities in an effort to facilitate the best possible match. 4. Research
This may very well be the most important step of all. No one can do your research for you, so it's up to you to invest the time necessary to conduct a complete and thorough investigation of any business that you believe may be right for you. If needed, we will provide you with helpful important questions and research guides to help you get started with this critical step.


5. Purchase

When you reach the point where you are ready to proceed with a purchase,, The Kensington Company can help you locate financing sources, franchise attorneys and other resources you may find helpful or necessary.  Our objective is to facilitate your process from start to finish while offering you whatever information you may require along the way.
